Note
ALL Quotes/Proposals, AND Purchase Orders MUST REFERENCE InvincibleTM as the contract holder and the contract number & name “TIPS: 260301 - Furniture, Furnishings, and Services.”
Process:
- Furniture dealers will be considered “Resellers” for purposes of the TIPS contract. Dealers must be added to the TIPS contract as an “Authorized Reseller” for Invincible Furniture.
- Dealer quotes/proposals to TIPS Members must show Invincible items with list pricing as well as net pricing reflecting the TIPS 50% discount.
- Freight where applicable must be shown as a separate line item in the proposal, and on PO.
- Design and Installation services must also be listed as separate line items.
- TIPS Member (end user) customers will issue PO’s to Reseller (dealer) based on Reseller’s proposal.
- Upon receipt of a TIPS Member PO, Reseller must submit PO to TIPSPO@TIPS-USA.COM. TIPS will audit and forward PO to Invincible Furniture. It is recommended Dealers include a copy of their quote/proposal to Member with PO submission to TIPS.
- IN PARALLEL with emailing the TIPS Member PO to TIPS, the Dealer will submit their PO to Invincible Furniture using their standard dealer discount (or previously negotiated dealer discount if other than standard).
Option
