Born and raised on a farm, Steve Schenian is no stranger to a hard days work. Steve is just a down to earth kind of guy. He is a regular Joe showing up at the plant daily in his jeans and flannels. Steve is a straight shooter, asks a lot of direct poignant questions, has a benevolent nature, a wonderful sense of humor, and genuinely cares about other people.

Steve knows everybody by name as he walks around checking out progress on the plant and office floor, AND everyone knows Steve by name. We are all on a first name basis here. There are no levels bureaucracy, no politics, no masks, no mind games played here as found in some other larger corporate scenes. We are a team here! This has got to be the secret to this guy’s successes. Yes, I say that in a plural sense. If you would meet this guy on the streets, you would never know that he is as accomplished as he is. His approachability is endearing. He runs, solely owns, and operates no less than four (4) other businesses. Recently Steve was heard to say, “I don’t buy a company with the intention of turning around and spinning them off. I intend to be around for the long haul. I look for opportunities where one business feeds the other, and sure, I could have bought a company for less somewhere else, but it’s just nice to help out our local community. Quite honestly, Invincible is a diamond in the rough. I have come to know that the people here are second to none. The employees are first rate. They are just good decent people.”

An example of one business feeding another is Steve’s trucking firm. Schenian Trucking transports much of the office furniture that Invincible produces. Other businesses that Steve Schenian owns are: Wisconsin U.P. / Trailer Sales, Wisconsin Feed Mill Builders, and Performance Packaging.

Local boy does good is what comes to mind. We hate to think what would have happened to Invincible and its employees if Steve Schenian had not purchased Invincible™ Office Furniture Solutions. A great number of employees would have had to hit the unemployment line. What we have here today at Invincible are well-trained tenured employees with an awesome work ethic who are committed to quality. Employees who stuck it out through thick and thin. We also have some new faces that are equally as talented bringing on a whole new fresh perspective. Both old and new personnel have become our factory family. This cohesive unit is a direct result of our owner, Steve Schenian, who has exemplified through his actions, that he is committed to Invincible’s™ success. His continued ongoing investments in hardware, software, manufacturing equipment, structural integrity of the buildings and grounds, taking care of his sales rep force in the field, and his generosity towards the people that he employs has given everyone here at Invincible™ a renewed sense of optimism. He has earned our respect.
